  1. Stuffed Spinach Paratha

  • Take a bowl and put 3/4th cup of whole wheat flour,3 tbsp of Spinach puree, 1 1/4th tsp oil, and salt in it. Mix them well. Once the mixing is done, put enough water to knead it into semi-stiff dough.
  • Take another bowl to mix ½ cup of grated paneer, ¼ cup of grated carrot, ½ tsp of green and green chili paste, 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander, and salt. Mix the ingredients well for the stuffing.
  • Now, divide the dough into 4 equal portions and turn them into a circle. Flatten a portion to put an adequate amount of stuffing in it. After placing the stuffing, turn the portion into a circle again and then flatten it properly again so that the stuffing is spread evenly across the portion.
  • Heat it on a non-stick tava and put a little bit of oil to let it cook well.
  • Do the same thing for the rest of the portions and sere to your kid with butter, curd, or pickle for enhanced taste.
  1. Methi Paratha

  • Take a bowl to put 2 cups whole-wheat flour, 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves, 1 tbsp of cooking oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, and ½ tsp of turmeric and red chili powder in it and mix well.
  • Add water to turn it into semi-stiff dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and turn them into balls and then flatten them.
  • Heat it on hot tava and cook well to serve with curd or pickles.

  1. Broccoli Cheesy Bread

  • Preheat oven to 425° and then boil chopped broccoli.
  • In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, 1 egg, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, and 2 chopped garlic. Add oregano, salt, and pepper in it. Mix well and then transfer it to a baking sheet and give it a shape of a thin and round crust.
  • Bake until it’s golden and dry.
  • Once it is baked properly, serve with delicious toppings.
  1. Spinach-Artichoke Pizza

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Take 1 loaf of soft French or Italian bread and cut each piece in half across. With hands press the bread little.
  • Now put a mixture of 1 package frozen chopped spinach, 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, yogurt, Parmesan, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper on the bread that is baked for 5 minutes in a pan with mozzarella.
  • After putting the mixture on bread, top it with grated mozzarella and let it get baked for 12 to 18 minutes. Once it is golden brown, serve it to your kids.
